A vacancy for a Programme Manager (d/f/m) position has arisen.

Responsibilities

· 
Planning, coordination and monitoring of services and deliveries for all customer programs.

· 
Ensure the fulfillment of customer orders in time, cost & quality.

· 
Participation in technical customer meetings (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI) in coordination with the stakeholders, such as OEM's, integrators, STC suppliers and seat manufacturers.

· 
Coordination of schedules and actions with customers and stakeholders.

· 
Controlling project plan schedules of new products in progress.

· 
Performing Risk and Opportunity Management for programs and products.

· 
Deviation and escalation management in case of product, services or process deviations.

· 
Performing project management for the implementation of the product and service roadmap incl. AOP input/output management for Finance.

Preferred qualifications:

· 
You are graduated in engineering and economics, or you have similar qualification.

· 
You have proven experience in project and programme management.

· 
You are aware of current electronic technologies, architectures, standards and market trends.

· 
You are team-minded and you have excellent problem-solving and communication skills

· 
You have pretty good negotiating skills in English.

· 
You are flexible to travel worldwide, as business trips may occur short-dated anytime.

· 
You are familiar with standard Google Suite tools and also with Google Apps Script.
