QA & FS Inspector
10-2007 - AhoraDiseño/Ingeniería civil/Ingeniería industrial Ensuring that manufactured goods are produces in compliance with company specifications by performing inspections on in-coming, in-process and finished products as per established procedures
• Recording required results of inspections in form and reviewing results obtained, recommending action, maintaining records of inspection and correct actions
• Maintaining cleanliness in work place by supervising the housekeeping and sanitation teams and ensuring that cleaning and sanitation and performed as per the standard procedures and initiating immediate correction action when needed
• Coordinating with concerned functions related to inspection and testing activities to develop and update inspection, analytical methods and quality assurance procedures to ensure high quality products and system
• Assisting the QA Manager to maintain the Integrated Management System
• Assisting the QA Manager in conducting IMS Improvement audits across the company to ensure that all operation departments are well prepared for 3rd party external audit and external conformance audits
• Conducting daily checkups on hygiene standards and taking corrective action if needed
• Ensuring the quality & HSE policies and procedure and implemented across the company
• Conducting GMP audits in the manufacturing and storing facilities, guiding the team members to ensure proper implementation and adherence to GMP, GWP, HACCP and any municipal or government directive
• Conducting 5S audit across the company
• Conducting training for the staff (Tool Box Talk)
• Responsible for managing of the pest control program to ensure a pest free environment
• Initiating analyzes and responds to any customer/consumer complaint and recommends the correction action to taken
• Leading the QA/FS team on their daily tasks
• Training for the new staff (Induction)
• Involving in starting up new product/machine
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedure
