02-2017 - AhoraCommunity Management My main function is to develop, manage and execute the international and national communication strategy, plan and actions (internal and external) aligned to the business strategy.
• Design, develop and execute the communications plan, new procedures and structure, as well as the development and coordination of marketing and PR material.
• Develop a global and local employer branding based on my philosophy of “better show than tell”.
• Develop global and local brand awareness: speaker opportunities at major and local events, PR management and media relations, digital marketing communication, content management, SEO and social media management and clipping.
• Manage and improve internal communications, globally and locally: processes, develop and implement locally global programs for employees and newcomers (the Buddy system, increase employee benefits...) to improve employee engagement.
