Bilingual Incident Manager
06-2014 - AhoraEnergÃa/Materiales/Mecánica I was hired as a Bilingual Incident Manager at the age of 17, for a temporary contract over the summer period. When I left for university, I was offered to return anytime I wanted. My role at IMA UK, was to provide assistance for customers across Europe who had broken down in their vehicle. We work in liaison with their European car insurance, and give them assistance according to their policy. We organise flights, taxis, ferries, hire cars, trains, recovery agents, and even speak to French garages to provide information on the vehicle's diagnosis for the customer. In summer 2015, I was promoted to handle Medical files, where French clients visiting the UK had either fallen seriously ill or had an injury, which requires them get medical attention. These files required more patience, and required attentive and caring communication with the clients; while also liaising with both their French doctors and English doctors.
