09-2015 - 04-2016 Ventas Working within the Edinburgh store within an office, taking all calls for all 8 Harvey Nichols stores. Answering all customer enquiries through phone and email. Placing online orders for customers, contacting different stores to assist customers with stock enquiries, appointments, upcoming events and orders. Updating spreadsheets, creating documents, posting items out to customers, organising delivery with the courier, contacting the Head Office team, including marketing, Human Resources, Buying, to pass on calls, receive information for customer enquiries and upcoming events.
