07-2013 - AhoraDesarrollo informático 3rd level systems and networks technician, performing remote and onsite technical support for the Vodafone store systems and networks in the entire Northwestern region of Spain via incident ticketing platforms, being the sole responsible for the smooth operation of more than 25 stores and offices spread throughout various Northern provinces.
• Level 2 and 3 systems and networks incident solving
• Level 4 incident escalation and follow-up with national/international
providers
• OS migrations, image creation and massive installation
• Firmware & BIOS updates
• Workstation Installation/Configuration
• Local/network printers and other peripheral installations
• User account configurations
• IEEE 802.1x network authentication troubleshooting
• Workstations, routers, switches and other peripheral equipment
disassembly and reassembly on new or relocated premises
• Faulty hardware replacement
• Rack equipment troubleshooting
• Automation and remote booting
• AD workstations and interdepartmental issues detection, resolution and
communication
• Providing user training
• Proactive maintenance
