INJECTION PRODUCTIVE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ENGINEER
03-2016 - AhoraDiseño/Ingeniería civil/Ingeniería industrial * Coordinate, implement, direct and maintain through human, material and technological resources, measurable analysis within the area of injection (scrap, OEE, downtime, machine-mold maintenance) to obtain results of productivity and equipment efficiency.
* Make implementations according to the policies and procedures of the company's total quality, and that the programs comply with the client's requirements in time, quality and quantity.
* Scrap reduction according to established goals, applying the problem solving methodology lean system application defined by SMP group.
* Analysis and report of all measurable as well as follow the plan of action of the indicator of Scrap and OEE.
* Technically support supervisors to correct any failures presented in the systems.
* Ensure that all BDE data are updated and follow up on them.
* Support the department with the purchase requisitions for injection consumables.
* Revise consumptions of raw material, productivity and scrap in SAP
* Reduction of PPMS according to established goals
* Implementation, monitoring of VDA systems, ISO for internal audits and with the client according to the goals established for the plant
* Develop, motivate and train the staff in their charge in order to meet the objectives of the company, evaluating the skills and development of the staff in their area
* Manage the human and technological resources assigned to the area, in order to fully comply with the guidelines and objectives set for the manufacture and delivery of our products
