Sand Classification Plant EPC Project (100 million USD) (September/2015 – March/2017) (Neuquén, Argentina). • Piping & Mechanical Mounting Site Leader. People in charge: 7 Supervisors and 75 workers. Client and Suppliers relationship management; led the project for the its last 3 months, due to the re assignation of the current PM. Project ended with 23% positive margin from our Planned Budget and on time. Oil & Gas Treatment Plant EPC Project (200 millions USD) (June/2014 – September/2015) (Neuquén, Argentina). • Planning & Project Control, defining project strategy to fulfill its scope. Project ended with a 17% positive margin from our Planned Budget and on time. Involved in Project Finances, mainly in Projecting Cash Flows for the Project.
