The Program Manager will assume complete responsibility for the schedule and financial performance of one or more programs. The Program Manager will work to coordinate, monitor, and facilitate the work of other disciplines, such as Operations, Engineering, and Material Control. The Program Manager will interact with Customers and serve as their primary contact.

Summary of Duties:

· Provide visibility of program schedule
· Prepare KPI’s for program
· Able to keep a program on schedule with regards to Engineering, Certification, and Manufacturing
· Conduct PDR, CDR, and FAI meetings
· Understand manufacturing needs and work with Operations and Production Managers to ensure that the program remains on time
· Coordinate Engineering functions and work with Engineering Managers to ensure that drawings, ECN’s are released on time
· Maintain financial reporting and work with VP/GM to prepare program budgets
· Work with Contracts to ensure that the Company’s contractual obligations are being met
· Communicate with Customers and Suppliers on a daily basis
· General Notes:
· Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.

· As business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future.
· Tasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. PMP certification preferred

Experience: 3-5 years of program management experience.

Computer Skills: familiarity with MS Office programs, familiarity with MS Project

Other Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Business travel up to 20% of the time. Experience with LEAN principles and continuous improvement preferred.

Working Conditions:

· Relocation to another C&D facility may be required.
