Entry Level - No Experience Necessary - We Will Train!

Job Summary:

Prepare aircraft interior and structural parts using autoclave to heat and pressure treat parts.

Summary of Duties:

· Load, connect and run autoclave using manual and computerized controls.
· Prioritize and organized loads for maximum autoclave usage.
· Performs visual and manual integrity check of all wire connections.
· Pushes racks of aerospace inside autoclave and clamps door shut.
· Observes gauges and pneumatic controller graphs to ascertain that specified pressure, temperature, and vacuum are maintained to ensure conditioning of yarn according to specifications and to prevent collapse of autoclave.
· Closes valves and starts vacuum pump to remove moisture at end of steaming chamber.
· Opens door and removes processed parts from autoclave to storage.
· Prioritize tool turns.
· Adhere to detailed company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints and work orders.
· Document the materials used in the process to maintain traceability.
· Troubleshoot basic issues

· General Notes:
· Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.
· Must have flexibility to work a varied work schedule when needed.

Experience and Qualifications:

· No experience necessary for entry level position, we will train
· Knowledge of bagging, layup and assembly in aerospace industry a plus.
· Intermediate computer skills
· Ability to communicate verbally as well as read and write in English.
· Ability to perform moderate to heavy manual labor including frequent bending, walking, and heavy lifting
· Ability to become trained in forklift operation; previous experience a plus.

Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
