Founded in 2009, YOUKADO SAS is a start-up located in the Lille region. We are an independent consultancy firm specialised in incentive, loyalty and sponsorship operations. Our solutions are commercialised using dematerialised communication either in the form of gift packages (e.g. boxes or cards), or as customised digital programmes.
This is why our added value is both seen in our creative engineering and in the extent and customisation of our selection of gifts, which are carefully chosen to match current trends and developments.
YOUKADO is the 1st gift affinity market place BTBTC in France, with a current catalogue of more than 10.000 major brands references. Our start-up is rapidly growing and looking for ambitious and committed young professionals, trained in business and/or digital marketing basics.
YOUKADO, in a few words :
- 23 people, (CFO, customer service, Purchasing Department, graphic studio, webmarketing, commerce, IT Department, General Management)
- Our turnover is currently around €10 M and will be over €15 M in two years.
- 150000 gift orders managed by year
- Our main clients come from the construction, car, banking, insurance, food industries, ... in two countries : FRANCE/Spain
Responsibilities :
You will be reporting directly to the Chairman in charge of the international development :
1. Supplement the referencing content of the Spanish market place with local suppliers. In particular through pure players actors (e-commerce sites), backed up just as we are by LENGOW (manager of product catalogue flows).
2. In collaboration with the local partner and then independently, launch the marketing and sale of our solutions in Spain. First by focusing on the subsidiaries of our current clients (we already have a couple of signed contracts) and later on by focusing on prospects that have been narrowed down ahead of time.

Trained in business (business school, Master’s training programme or internship), you are at ease with people, you enjoy challenges, you are customer-focused and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
Growth motivates you, you show a high level of flexibility and commitment. Your are motivated by the challenge of joining an open-minded, international dynamic team.
o You clearly enjoy e-commerce and wish to operate and grow in a “start-up” type, creative, flexible environment
o Independent, rigorous and organised, with a sense of responsibility and a taste for initiative
o From a technical point of view, you have a thorough experience in pack office.
o Excellent Spanish language skills are required.
