The Role

·  Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Employee Benefits broking, placement and portfolio management
·  Portfolio serviced should be multinational accounts
·  Sales and marketing oriented
·  Excellent relations in the UAE insurance market(if not regional) with the EB underwriters
·  Proficient in claims analysis and studies for internal reporting as well as for client servicing
·  Must have managed a team of 2-5 members as direct reporting
·  Preferable bilingual (English & Arabic) with strong English spoken and written
·  Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
·  Ability to problem solve & think outside the box
·  Ability to professionally resolve and disperse grievances
·  Significant computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite to include: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  Proficient in report writing

The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. However, the person will need to be flexible to work and to commute once a week to our Dubai office, UAE

Education / Reference letters

·  Minimum bachelor’s degree in insurance/Marketing/business – it should be attested by the Ministry of Education/MOFA to be accepted by the Insurance Authority
·  ACII or LOMA equivalents
·  Reference letter from previous employers
·  Reference affirmation from insurance industry colleagues for the selected candidate
·  Significant computer skills, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite to include: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
