Job description

The Role

 

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant (AA) position is to provide general administrative support to the Manager Research (MR) team within the Investment LOB. He/she will be able to independently manage small to medium sized projects, have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate well with others.

 

Duties Include:

 

•  For internal or external meetings – arrange logistics (e.g. conference room booking, building security clearance), prepare and produce meeting materials, manage follow-up actions as needed
• Manage information sharing – maintain distribution lists, organization charts, maintain database updates as appropriate
• General administrative support – managing calendars for the team, arranging travel, reporting expenses, drafting correspondence, proofreading and editing documents, preparing client presentations, filing, faxing, copying, handling incoming mail, answering phone and responding to requests from MR team

• Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to interface with clients effectively and multi-task
• Strong sense of professionalism and maturity
• Outstanding technical skill in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) – demonstrated expertise as measured by results of required test
• Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use database and other reporting tools
