As part of the development of its international operations in the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) sector, VINCI Concessions is looking for a Big Data & CRM Head for its recently acquired subsidiary PEX, based in Peru.
PEX is an Electronic Toll Collection company, leader in the Peruvian market. We are part of the VINCI group, global leader in this market. Our mission is to create intelligent mobility experiences related to the payment process of vehicle services, to make our customer´s life unstoppable.

Tasks :
The Big Data & CRM Officer takes an active part in PEX development by gathering and analyzing customer data in order to develop and implement strategies to address a larger customer base, capture more customers and/or offer more services to the existing customers.
This can include dealing with sub-contractors, or partners delivering technology and/or marketing services. He or she will work closely with PEX Business team, Operations team, and General Management.
- Provide insightful, strategic data analysis and input for marketing campaigns
- Be a lead actor of market penetration growth aligned with the business Plan
- Design and coordinate big data campaigns
- Drive strong working relationships with the sales, customer service and marketing teams, to identify customer journey´s improve opportunities
Profile :
- You have a Master Degree in Computer Science/DATA related matters or other Master Degree with relevant experience, ideally with a complementary degree or experience in Business/Marketing
- You have a strong interest customer engagement/marketing
- Ideally 2-3 year experience in a relevant field are expected (Transportation markets, tolling services, mobility services, customer engagement…)
- You have a keen insight and analysis capabilities of the global payment platforms trend and customer behaviors
- You are known for your good communication, decision-making and proactivity
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have an entrepreneurial attitude and customer focus and are able to organize and develop marketing planning, marketing strategies, product development
- You speak Spanish fluently
