Job description

N.B. VIE is a specific assignement. To be eligible for a VIE mission, the candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Age between 18 and 28 years old
- Being a citizen of the European Economic Area (28 countries members of the European Union and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Monaco)
Part of the Valeo Group Indirect Purachasing department in Germany, you will be responsible of directing the suppliers’ relationship and implementing the Group Purchasing Strategy .
The VIE mission will last for 24 Months.
Missions
Under the responsibility of the Group Resident Manager Daimler, the VIE Warranty Data Management has a transversal function providing support to the project of data collection and integration and assisting the development of a system for the field survey.
He/she will be based within the Quality team in Stuttgart to participate of Quality management and field data collection, data analysis and description specification and methodologies for the warranty activity.
Responsabilities
The main responsibilities of the VIE are as follows:
Assist in collecting field data from the customer systems.
Feeds and updates customer information within Valeo Systems.
Specified field-data collection for the automobile producer worldwide.
Define characteristics of each Customer
The Group resident Manager may ask the VIE to take additional responsibilities or to carry out specific analysis and follow-up.

Education:
Engineering diploma with data management speciality
