Core responsibilities you will have during the internship:
· Contribute to the development of POS materials: manage the design (based on guidelines), ordering, production and logistics; and also manage store lists (where POS is placed and track implementation) and stock;
· This task will definitely not leave you cold: manage tasks related to Unilever freezers; design creation for stickers based on guidelines, manage stickering process, freezers' delivery and repair with agencies if needed. You would be also responsible for the tracking of freezers report;
· Maintain close and constructive relations with multiple agencies, organizing in-store and customer specific events with BTL agencies and customers based on activity plan agreed with Key Account team and channel Customer Marketing Manager such as Hostess promos, in-store tasting, main street event / event area decorations;
· Regularly monitor and evaluate implementation of in-store activities and leaflet appearances;
· We would like to hear your insights too: to continuously improve efficiency of the Unilever in-store investments, give us feedback. For example you can track the most efficient POS, the implementation compliance, investment efficiency (large investment should go to important account, important project);
· Manage the gift promotions including design and production of POS materials, financials and logistics (repack, delivery) of gift from warehouse to the stores;
· Manage Coupons organised by agencies;
· Prepare launch package for New Product Developments upon request. Design and manage production of sales folders. Ensures trade sample, gift and sales folder is delivered to Key Account teams and Sales Force.
· Presents monthly POP plans on Sales representative monthly meeting;
· Adapts trade press advertisements;
· Close cooperation with the Financial Team (Tax settlement related to procurement), with Sales Representative (SR) team (organize meetings, providing information on activities).

Key requirements/ What needed:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (with English and Hungarian language knowledge);
· Confident knowledge of MS Office programs;
· Available at least until September, for minimum 25-28 hours a week;
· Student status: Bachelor or Master studies in progress (active student status is a must);
· You are able to start working in January 2020.
