We are looking for NAMETRUB Fabric Solutions Liquids Product Development Technologist to work in Unilever Office located in Umraniye/Istanbul.

JOB SUMMARY
·
Development and improvement of new/existing products under this positions area of responsibility, in line with business and consumer needs

·
Following and understanding of new product and technologies

·
Technical management of innovation and cost saving projects

·
Calculating and evaluating of cost structure of existing and new products

·
Preparing and distributing new raw materials and product specifications and raw material selection and improvement activities according to new product development and business needs

·
Providing necessary information into systems for projects

·
Raw material selection and approval according to product development and business needs

· Ensuring PSDS preparation for new products
· Supporting Complexity Managements Studies
·
Being responsible for obeying the set of rules for Consumer & Environment Safety Management System

·
Planning, coordinating & leading lab works of his/her projects

·
Participating into Market research activities

·
Supporting Portfolio development

·
Conducting competitor technical understanding studies

·
Following up of innovation budget under his/her responsibility

·
Participating in cross-functional project teams, taking the lead in guiding the team on formulation development activities

·
Writing technical reports and compilation of product and process specifications.

KEY REQUIREMENTS


·
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

·
Preferred approximately two years of relevant experience within R&D (new graduates with strong R&D motivation and key skills can apply)

·
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English

·
Excellence in analytical thinking & creativity

·
Having strong interpersonal and communication skills

·
Eagerness to solve problems and having scientific approach towards challenges

·
Acting proactively and independently within his/her projects and ability to coordinate his/her workload efficiently.
