MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Contribute to Ecommerce Channel Growth and support its development internally and externally.
Build and establish Capabilities and skills that will accelerate the growth and win disproportionally in this channel by gaining superior turnover, market share and margin.

JOB SUMMARY
· Leading Perfect Store Advanced Online: Deliver best shopping experience to make sure people choose and buy our brands online vs our competitors
- Create and maintain name and images in collaboration with BB
- Ensure that lands on retailer website
- Develop new capabilities to enhance shopping experience. Responsible for achieving Perfect Store Online (PSO) target of x%
· Promotional execution: Collaborate in the implementation of the promotion and media plan on retailer's website.
· Logistics support: Colaborate with supply chain team with daily management of ecommerce orders
· Business Analysis: Continuous analysis of sales results, monthly sales reports and review of Cash-Up and key drivers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor Degree
· Analytical ability
· High proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
· Experienced in the digital world, Ecommerce (not a must)
· Strong communication skills
