Job description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for developing specific customer's category strategy/plan and on ground execution based on insights and Unilever Launch Monitor (ULM)/Customer strategy to win in the market. Work closely with Trade Category Manager and Customer Development in coordination of planning and execution of category strategy/plan and monitoring execution and results.

JOB SUMMARY
Category Management Project
· Leading category management projects (e.g. Planogram) to achieve category growth, market share gain and profitability with customers.
· Guide and involve in the preparation of category performance review, category plan and activities and post implementation evaluation.
Differentiation of Customer/Channel to win in market
· To understand the dynamic and insights of different channel/customers to plan customized plan accordingly.
· To propose category plan and planogram to individual customer to differentiate itself from the market hence create store differentiation environment and win-win for both customer and supplier.
Category Innovative
· To propose refresh and innovation for retailer and category's image hence driving traffic and penetration to win in market.
· To discuss with customers on latest trend of category hence capturing growth drivers and enhancing store image.
Market Share Gain
· To achieve higher market share for customer/ULM brands in the market through implementing planogram supported by insights and strategy of category.
· To increase ULM brands' SOS with stronger relationship with customers and better collaborations to achieve common objectives.
· To increase market influencing power by leveraging on category captain's role and understanding of customer/shopper's insights.
· Monitoring 6P Execution in trade.
· To monitor execution in trade and identify opportunity especially on shelf display and assortment when it's appropriate.
· To leverage on retailers' display to maximize ULM products sales according to the channel focus.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree in any field
· Minimum three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Work experience in project and/or change management and involvement in implementation/development of business process design and management is preferred.
· Possess understanding of shopper insights and integrated brand communications.
· Strong data analysis and research skill and driving value adding insights.
