成都育碧正在招聘软件工程师。你将加入的是一个为育碧全球游戏提供在线服务性能保证解决方案的团队。他们的目标是通过开发简单、易用、高可靠的系统和工具来移除性能测试背后复杂的技术及基础设施以帮助性能测试和性能优化人员快速地发现性能瓶颈并建议优化方案从而保证育碧全球游戏的性能提高玩家体验。

岗位职责： 

参与系统的需求分析及讨论。

参与系统的软件设计。

代码编写，对系统、模块、功能进行高质量地实现。

修复软件缺陷，与测试人员协作，保证高质量的递交。

持续的重构代码，确保代码持续更新。

进行代码交叉评审，确保团队代码质量。

岗位要求：

扎实的计算机功底，2年以上软件开发经验，至少参与开发过1个中型系统。

熟练使用PYTHON语言及三方库。

熟练使用关系型数据库(MySql等)。

熟悉Linux环境下的软件开发。

熟练使用常见设计模式，了解常见重构方法。

良好的分析、解决问题的能力。

良好的中英文沟通能力。

熟悉Web开发相关技术者优先。

了解云计算（AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud）相关技术者优先。

了解CNCF相关技术或组件(Kubernetes, Prometheus, Open-tracing)者优先。

了解海量日志处理技术 (LogStash, ElasticSearch, Kibana)者优先。
