As part of your missions, you are in charge of :
· Identification of Commercial & Industrial prospects likely to enter in a Solar Lease Agreement or equivalent
· Realization of commercial proposals (non-binding and binding offers) destined to create value for our clients
· Responsible for building and maintaining tools to industrialize our offer & process
· Following up and coordinating the project development with our partners
· Relationship management from first contact to Solar Lease or PPA signature
· Responsible for contractual negotiation also helped with the management
· Follow-up and monitoring of all business evolutions potentially impacting the development of generating and selling solar lease contracts or equivalent in the perimeter
· Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
· Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct & indirect sales channel
· Analyzing the market to identify potential key customers
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
· Negotiating high-value contracts to a close
· Managing local key accounts
Reporting to the Benelux Managing Director, the Business Developer will be responsible for aggressively growing Total Solar’s leadership in the I&C / B2B solar sector in Benelux by leading all phases of project development, coordinating stakeholders, closing exclusivity deals with co-development partners, building long-term relationships and supporting the closing of transactions with strategic and large companies.

Profil recherché
Strong candidate will have experience :
· Business development in the Renewables in Benelux
· Experiences on the different Benelux regional markets
· Building long-term relationships and structuring pricing proposals
· Experience in modeling offers
· Coordinating with teams internally and externally
· Negotiating high-value contracts to a close
· Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situations and achieve sales targets While it would be helpful for a candidate to have experience in Solar, we recognize that the sola B2B market is nascent and therefore we are considering candidates with experience in adjacent sectors.
· Master’s degree in engineering, sciences or business
· 3 to 5 years of sales experience positioning sophisticated solutions and cost-benefit analyses
· 3 to 5 years of team management experience would be appreciated
· Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
· Strong office skilss specially in excel modeling
· Benelux working languages French and Flemish.
· English advanced knowledge is required. Dutch is appreciated.
