Job Description

·  Ensure the production of monthly P&L for Fuel & Retail business and also per stations, and provide commented analysis on actual results vs budget
·  Participation in month-end closing activities, ensuring correctness of data in the system, management of monthly and yearly provisions for the BU
·  Active participation in monthly closing, BU and LTP annual exercises and other controlling tasks
·  Review the dealer’s commercial conditions in order to ensure that it matches with business level and expenditures benchmark through the forecasted P&L (review to be performed for each new dealer and agreement renewal)
·  Validate the commercial terms before opening
·  Ensure the implementation of the business model policy for stations as first level of Internal Control
·  Identify partners with financial risk and give recommendation on the continuation of the agreement with them
·  Support Fuel, Cards & Retail Department in the monitoring of business plan for new projects, concepts
·  Set up and development of economic models
·  Implement post mortem analysis for service stations investments
·  Ensure appropriate level of accruals in SAP price scheme to have reliable GMVC in SAP

Candidate profile

·  Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
·  Experience in business partnering, budgeting and cost control processes (in oil & gas business is a plus)
·  Fluent in English (must-have), (French is an asset)
·  Good interpersonal skills, open-minded, sales and stake-holders oriented
·  Strong analytical skills, SAP knowledge is essential
