Job Description

Operations in the Singapore Office
·  Follow-up operations with local agents, barge operators, and terminals.
·  Apply Barge Vetting (Singapore) on a timely basis.
·  Assist client and supplier term/spot nomination for bunker deliveries Sales and Marketing
·  Assist in contribution on sales inTotal Marine Fuels (TMF) physical supply ports
·  Assist in Bunker Sales in Singapore and the Pacific for International Customers (Term & Spot Contracts)
·  Assist traders on TMF Bunker activities in Asia Pacific by developing and maintaining relationships with customers
·  Assist traders in performing marketing and supply strategy day-to-day activities
·  An important interface between international clients, brokers and suppliers
·  Present and ensure that TMF procedures (Term & Spot nominations) & Medissys procedures are respected Follow-up Back Office
·  Credit Check: Check customer’s credit status in coordination with TMF Credit Manager
·  Nomination Procedures: Check full set of nominations and input in Medissys
·  Follow up Bunker claim records

Candidate profile

·  Be a team player
·  2-3 years of experience in bunkers and/or shipping (operation) industry
·  English is mandatory, French is appreciated, any other Asian language will be an advantage
·  Use of standard informatics applications (incl. Medissys).
