JOB DESCRIPTION:
Address customer complaints & negotiate with them the quality issues
Leading the analysis of 8D´s reports and follow up them until they are closed.
Daily review of the customer portals in order to monitoring the score card & new specific customer requirements.
Feed the response of the 8D analysis into the customer portals and follow up them until the customer closed them.
Coordinate the immediate containments actions with the support of the customer resident at the customer site, shipping points and the finish product on transit.
Generate the monthly quality status report & QOS indicators.
Perform the function of a quality product engineer in the APQP process.
Attend customer specific requirements (visit, process audits, follow up of the customer actions plans)
Perform self-audits, product requalification, change management, warranty and claim costs

PROFILE:
Scholarship: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in automotive and / or metalworking industry in Quality area.
Skills:
- English 90%
- Core Tools (APQP, AMEF, SPC, MSA, PPAP)
- Internal Auditor ISO/TS 16949,
- VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor
- Stranglehold on PC
- Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access, etc.)
- Minitab
- SAP

- Negotiation
- Business relationship
- Work under minimal supervision
- Own initiative
- Skills written and oral communication
- Disciplined and methodological
