DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:

Working within the IMC team (Integrated Marketing Communications), this position is designed to manage the strategy an execution of the precision marketing programs for the beverage portfolio across the country. In support of and in close collaboration with the brand marketing team(s), and working jointly with the IMC team and the global connections and IT teams, as well as local and global agencies, the individual in this role will deliver best-in-class plans that are fully integrated with the overarching communication campaign(s) that ultimately achieve the business objectives.

Key responsibilities: 

·  Contribute to the overall marketing communications strategy and connection plan. Ensure the programs are reflective of the Company's marketing model to ensure Liquid and Linked plans across the year and is consistent with overall brand objectives and brand strateg
·  Plan (set up the right team members and process) and project manage the creation, management and distribution of digital infrastructure programs in tandem with the agencies and internal marketing communications teams, IT, Procurement, Legal and the extended Marketing teams
·  Consolidate initiatives from various brand plans and planning of the distribution strategy through the portfolio search strategy, including both paid and organic
·  Lead the websites GO 2.0 project strategy, including the creation and management of templates, processes, vendors and alignment with local and global IT teams, as well as operating agencies
·  Provide thought leadership, strategic and analytic thinking to the existing and future operating and commercial projects such as Home Solutions, New Revenue Streams, IOT, Customer & Commercial Capabilities, Shopper marketing, The Bridge & Founders project
·  Ensure implementation of e-commerce paid and organic media plans and content strategies, focused on performance and goal based plans
·  Determine KPIs based on aligned local framework and their benchmarks in conjunction with the agencies; share results and lessons learned with the broader local and global marketing community
·  Manage all interactive and media agencies, using the agency management framework and ensure agency partners are set up for success throughout the plan/project
·  Develop in collaboration with the brands' connection planners; the budget, including production and development of digital properties and special projects, ensuring timely SOW development and revision.
·  Align with relevant internal departments to ensure adhesion to brand guidelines, legal considerations, privacy acts and other relevant regulations for digital media and platforms
·  Coordinate with all capability-specific agencies on roster and forge new partnerships / leverage existing relationships (ex. Google, Facebook, etc.) to better ideate and deliver ideas and plans across the portfolio. 
·  Contribute to the development of capabilities within IMC team to the benefit of the entire marketing team
