We are looking for a Risk Analyst and Treasury Officer for our office in Zoetermeer!

This is a great chance for someone with Trade Finance experience to work in a highly dynamic project environment. Analytical ability, accuracy and good negotiation skills are essential competences to perform effectively in this role.

Job Description

As Risk Analyst and Treasury Officer you will be in charge of risk management and trade interfacing with banks on guarantees, forex and financing aspects. This in coordination with the regional Export Finance and Treasury teams.

As Risk Analyst and Treasury Officer you will engage in the following daily affairs:

·  Work with the proposal teams on analysing, monitoring, hedging foreign exchange expenses and creditor risk at bid stage;
·  Identify the financial risks associated with a project, negotiate the appropriate hedging tools and / or financing schemes;
·  Analyse country/transfer risk and counterparty risk (clients / partners / suppliers);
·  Negotiate bank commitment lines and related documentation;
·  Assist the client in defining their financing plan and in optimizing export financing tranches;
·  Identify, analyse and hedge the expense on foreign exchange & interest rates;
·  Manage bank guarantees of Clients & Suppliers in coordination with the procurement & construction and legal departments;
·  Analyse project cash flows. Prepare and challenge the long-term treasury forecasts;
·  Operate the daily cash management and settlement processes covering all subsidiaries and all currencies;
·  Provide expertise to financial controllers or project managers in case of financial difficulties during the performance of the contract;
·  Support internal and/or external audits.

Responsibilities

Within TechnipFMC being a Risk Analyst and Treasury Officer entails having a great deal of (financial) responsibility. Your overall responsibilities entail:

·  Issuance of guarantees and letters of credits. Develop and negotiate financial comments;
·  Promote the establishment of Export Financing and negotiate the corresponding financial documentation involving credit / bank insurer in an interface;
·  Bank documentation (powers, terms and conditions) and compliance with regulations;
·  Assists on insurance aspects;
·  Treasury management in coordination with the Group shared services organization.

What we need from you:

You'll have a Master's degree in a financial field, preferably Finance or Treasury. You'll have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and proven experience in Trade Finance.

You are on top of the latest developments in your area of expertise and have a passion to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
