For this vacancy, TechnipFMC in Spain is looking for Piping design and layouts Coordinator

Job purpose:

Is responsible for the management of the Layouts and Design teams. This includes the recruitment of qualified individuals, monitoring of staff performance, and management of resources as well as allocation of resources to projects and proposals.

Is responsible for technical assurance of projects.

Main accountabilities:

• Ensures the level of competencies and capabilities (tools, procedures, organization and resources) of the discipline.

• Ensures the delivery of engineering deliverables to the projects by allocating the resources and coordinating with other disciplines.

• Mantain and propose the organization of the discipline, processes and methods of work within the centre engineering policy and ensures their implementation.

• Initiates, implements and maintains the QHSE policies.

• Ensures the department adheres to financial and staff utilization budgets and targets.

• Size of team: Between 20-30 people

• Covers only a part of activities / disciplines (conception, feed, detail design).

Profile:

·  Engineer degree
·  Minimum 10 years of experience including lead discipline experience
·  Familiarity with all technical aspects of the discipline
·  Construction experience asField Engineer
·  Experience in other engineering disciplines
·  Strong management and leadership skills
·  Fluent in English and French (desirable)
·  Knowledge inSmart Plant 3D - Everithing 3D or PDMS, Microstation, Autocad.
