POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Supervisor manages projects between TechnipFMC Corporate IT and the Schilling Robotics business unit. The IT Supervisor will identify impactful technology projects and work with corporate IT to implement them utilizing corporate IT offerings. This role will direct activities of local IT personnel maintaining the network, communication infrastructure, licenses, and desktop support. The IT Supervisor is the owner for IT related inquiries and escalations for the business unit.Additionally the IT Supervisor will manage Corporate IT initiative implementations with the Schilling Robotics business unit.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Ā·  Recommends long-term and short-term information system plans and budgets by being thoroughly familiar with rapid changes in the information technology environment and tailoring those technologies to the needs of the business unit.
Ā·  Works with corporate sponsors and local staff on the design, set up, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and support of the business unit's IT systems.
Ā·  Identifies developmental needs of local IT team members, provides developmental opportunities and coaching for success.
Ā·  Able to work with key stakeholders within the business unit to determine technology project needs and priority.
Ā·  Oversees day to day activities of local IT team members such as desktop support, networking, and server infrastructure.
Ā·  Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Ā·  Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field of studies.
Ā·  7+ years of experience in an IT role with demonstrated career progression.
Ā·  Proficient experience with networking and VPN.
Ā·  Proficient with Windows OS, .NET, and VOIP.
Ā·  Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles.
Ā·  Proven experience in IT/Help Desk, planning, organization, and development.

Ā·  3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Ā·  The ability to lead, plan, and deliver a IT projects through centralized IT.
Ā·  Build and maintain relationships with vendors and corporate partners.
Ā·  Effective at influencing with and without authority.
Ā·  Displays a good sense of self-awareness in obtaining and providing feedback to others; excellent listening skills.
Ā·  Recognizes and manages conflict in a diplomatic and tactful manner with a positive outcome.
Ā·  Develops others by using behavioral based coaching techniques.
Ā·  Communicates clearly and persuasively with all levels of the business.
Ā·  Manages projects effectively within budget and on time.
