Data Coordinator (M/F) - External

Within the Onshore/Offshore Segment, the Paris Engineering Divisionis looking for aData Coordinatorto strengthen its Information Management team.
Part of a dedicated Project, the Data Coordinator reports to the Information Manager. His main role is to assist the Information Manager executing his scope, according to Client requirements and Project needs.

Responsibilities
·  Support the Information Manager in writing procedures, specifications and working instructions, according to contractual requirements and project needs.
·  Ensure that requirements, procedures and working instructions are well understood and applied by the disciplines, partners, suppliers, etc
·  Participates in the set-up of the data management processes and implementation of the engineering data warehouse, in coordination with the Information Management Methods and Tools Section
·  Check that all IM processes are followed up correctly by all parties involved in the project (including Partners, Suppliers and Subcontractors)
·  Prepare and issue deliverables to Client (Master Tag Register, Document to Tag, Document to Asset, etc) ensuring quality and integrity of data.
·  Prepare and issue key project indicators and reporting to Project and Client.

Qualifications
·  Master's Degree preferred, with 3+ years of experience
·  Experience and knowledge of Engineering work processes, preferably in Oil & Gas
·  Fluency in both written and spoken english

Desired Technical Skills and Competencies

·  You are self-directed, rigorous and have a good analytical mind and sense of organization
·  You have interpersonal and communication skills and a good ability to work as a team
·  Advanced level skills in Excel. Knowledge of Access and Aveva Engineering would be a plus.
