Technip Iberia is hiring a Construction Scheduler to:

•Working with Project Teams and Construction Manager to develop detailed construction plans and / or schedules for projects and TA activities. Is responsible for producing reports and analyses as required by the project team. Help guide team in developing a project control strategy as required.
•Provides the Project Steering Team with an accurate and realistic schedule at appropriate steps in the project life cycle with analysis of the progress and deviations/solution proposals
•able to get involved in hands on Planning when needed but take a step back from the more complex work to analyze the overall output.
•Utilize the schedule to prepare and manage critical activity updates and prepare schedule fragments necessary for work around analysis.
•Responsible for collection, verification, and integration of works scope for all entities into the total project plan
•Recommends alternatives for schedule improvement to project team for discussion and/or decision.
•Working with the project Team, integrates the project activities into a logical sequence with resource manpower requirements and produce first pass planning reports for review with the project team. Reports also include a manpower profile showing resource requirements over time.
•Maintains current schedule for the team during the Project life cycle in order to monitor progress making modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encountered. Provide analysis of the various alternatives that may be necessary to complete the project.
•Performs critical path analysis (CPM, PERT, or others) to determine problem areas in regards to the schedule and resource overloads. Interprets project progress against original plan and reports to project team. Develops alternative courses of action to meet the changing demands of scope and schedule changes.

Requirements:
•Must be a Primavera expert and understand the Construction/TA process.
•Prepares and presents projects schedule analysis and conducts studies of problem areas to determine critically of schedule activities.
•Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
•Works independently or with little supervision.
•Demonstrated skills in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to costing and scheduling problems.
•Able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
•Able to exercise leadership without formal authority and work within a team environment
•Fluent English is a plus.
•Computer skills
•Analytical thinking
