Job Purpose

Focal point for preparation of techno-commercial Quotation packages, including bills of material, cost estimates and co-ordinating order execution, primarily for Surface Technologies (wellheads, x-mas trees, pressure control, production systems, integrated solutions and related services). Collaborates with internal and external customers to win orders and execute them successfully. A successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited; to the following;

Duties & Responsibilities

·  Focal point for preparation and submission of quotations
·  Coordinates order execution
·  Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant functions (Sales & Aftermarket, Engineering, SCMM, QA, HSE) to gather inputs for tender preparation and submission
·  Prepare Bills of Material and cost estimates (full system costs will be handled by Costing team)
·  Facilitatepricing and prepare tender packages within schedule
·  Submit quotations on time
·  Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address clarifications/negotiations
·  Coordinate contract review with internal and external stakeholders
·  KickoffOrders with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering, Materials, QA etc. and enter Sales Orders and coordinate order execution to meet contractual requirements.
·  Reporting – Order status, LDs, Warranty etc.Adhere to BPMS and HSE guidelines

Required Experience

·  Experienced in Sales and Distribution modules in SAP or similar execution frames.
·  2 – 3 years' experience in the oil and gas or related industries in tendering process with hands on knowledge of preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of material and co-ordinating order execution
·  Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office suite of applications
·  Competent in data analysis
·  Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills needed for interaction with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment
·  Able to work independently, organized and multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment with focus on meeting tight deadlines
·  Self starter with drive to succeed
·  Team player with collaborative approach
