TechnipFMC (Tarragona) is looking for an Expeditor to be in charge of the fulfilling inquiring and purchasing activities properly and within the assigned schedule and budget of the project:

Profile:

Must have:

·
College degree.

·
1 year experience in similar role.

· Fluent in English and Spanish.

Main accountabilities:

· Issue the bidder list for every Request for Quotation.
· Compile and issue the call for bid and expedite the acknowledgement of receipt of bids.
· Review and expedite the bids.
· Issue the Bid Opening Form.
· Evaluate commercial submission and clarify, if required.
· Prepare and issue the ORDER and expedite ORDER acknowledgement.
· Detection of potential delivery problems and notify deviations froms schedule.
· Anticipate supplier and Team needs and notifies potential issues.

Additional information:

Suitable candidate will be offered a local contract.

Initially temporary contract (until october 2018) with options to become permanent.
