Job Description:

·  Processing User access Request.
·  Quaterly User Acess Review.
·  Validating access approval and Segregation of duties.
·  Resolving day to day queries.
·  Maintaining approvals / change documents (Role vs approver matrix) for audits.

Key Interactions:

Customer's Jeevan Teams and Business Stakeholders.

Must Have:

·  Experience of 1-3 years in User Access Managemnt in any ERP or IT at a minimum.
·  Exposure in User Access Management in any ERP (preferably IFS) or IT.
·  Experience of any ticketing tool (managing request / incident).
·  Good communication skills.
·  Good working knowledge of Outook and Microsoft office tools.

Nice to Have:
·  Processing User access Request.

·  Request / Incident mangement in ticketing tools.
