Job description


Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisitions:

§Lead an effective recruitment and mobility process, to ensure the right talent is attracted and appointed to the vacant positions within set timeframes

§Liaise with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications and collect other relevant information regarding new requisitions

§Source the right candidates from our global internal talent pool, external job portals, career fairs, social and professional networks

§Shortlist appropriate candidates and validate their suitability for the role through pre-employment screening, behavioral interview, validation of credentials and obtaining references

§Communicate with applicants and candidates regarding consideration for employment, the specifics of the role, and job offers.

§Maintain recruitment database to enable effective monitoring of recruitment activities.

Operations:

§Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HR function

§Participates in Employee Relations, providing counsel to employees having work related issues and guiding employees/managers on resolutions

§Participates and implements Region and Entity projects and processes such as Personnel Planning, Performance

Management, Succession, Development, Recruitment , and Talent Management Processes

§Supports in the personnel management, incentive and retention policies and when applicable ensures compliance with internal policies and external legal requirement as directed



You are meant for this job if
· 
§Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field and/or equivalent experience working in HR supporting employees

§3-5yrs of relevant HR experience coupled with a minimum 2yrs experience in Talent Acquisitions

§Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge of human resources, policies and applicable laws when communicating with stakeholders

§Extensive experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with SAP and Taleo will be beneficial

§Strong skills in prioritization, planning, multi-tasking, and time management

§Excellent stakeholder and relationship building capabilities

§Fluency in spoken and written English
