Job Scope

As an Equipment Engineer (Diffusion) in STMicroelectronics Singapore, you will:

·  Meet equipment performance Indices
·  Conduct systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime
·  Establish effective preventive maintenance programs and equipment troubleshooting guide
·  Train, and certify Assistant Maintenance Engineers and PM Technicians in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skills
·  Be part of continuous equipment Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost

Profile

Job Requirements

Candidates that best fit this role should have/be: -

·  A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
·  Preferably more than 1 year of working experience as a Diffusion equipment engineer in Semiconductor fab
·  Diploma holders with 3 years working experiences will be considered
·  Fresh graduates with good analytical and systematic problem solving skills will be considered.
·  Good communication and documentation skills
·  Good teamwork ability and great attention to details
·  Candidate with LEAN knowhow will have added advantage
