Les 34,000 m2 accueillent également un techlab, un auditorium ainsi que d’autres espaces événementiels, des restaurants et bars, un pop-up store, un bureau de poste et des programmes et bureaux partenaires. Flatmates, une résidence de co-living pouvant accueillir 600 entrepreneurs à 10 min de STATION F doit également ouvrir en 2019 à Ivry-sur-Seine.

The 34,000 sq meter building also houses a makerspace, an auditorium and other event spaces, restaurants and bars, a pop-up store, on-site services, a post-office and partner offices and programs. In addition, living amenities for 600 entrepreneurs are being built in Ivry sur Seine, 10 minutes away from Station F.

Job Description

Reports to: Head of Operations
3-5 years experience.

The team is looking for a new team member to handle the implementation and follow up of different construction and development projects.
This is a very comprehensive position, where you will be responsible of different projects from their conception to their final implementation.
You will have the opportunity to manage all the aspects of the project: Defining the initial need, studying the requirements and possibilities, launching call for tenders, suggesting an organization and planning, setting up a budget, coordinating the work of companies involved and making sure the project is respecting the constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

· 
Examines projects in depth to understand all the requirements and objectives

· 
Set up all the meetings and propose different solutions and choices for the design /conception

· 
Drafts proposals on the choices of contractors, planning, methodology, technique, etc ... In order to allow the team to obtain the best project in the best possible conditions;

· 
Participate in all Conception and Execution meetings to closely follow the development of the Project

· 
Coordinate the service providers/contractors and all the companies involved in the project

· 
Analyze and interpret the contractual, administrative and technical documents for and know how to transcribe them in a synthetic, exhaustive and relevant way;

· 
Handle all the contractual and administrative documents in coordination with lawyers and advisory

· 
Control the work: progress, quality, compliance with the specifications, general condition of the site (safety, cleaning, access ...)

Regular reporting to management and follow-up of the budget and financial metrics

Requirements

· 
3-5 experience in related position handling or overseeing construction projects in France

· 
Very good knowledge of project management for conception/execution including BET, administrative authorizations, office building approvals, OPRs, GPA, etc.

Very good skills on following up construction costs and comprehensive budget follow-up

· 
Bilingual English/French required, third language a plus
