Job Description

The Business Analyst will help on a daily basis on the different tasks linked to the ongoing projects: client reporting, market studies and various research projects. She/he will be responsible for all the data analysis to monitor our clients’ performances on social media and to better understand the market (data extraction, quality check and visualization).

He/she will be in charge of:

·  Implementing internal reporting tools to improve client reporting and optimize database processes
·  Working together with the Customer Success team:
·  Performing weekly and monthly analysis for all clients, and draw insights from data for all projects:product performances, brand benchmarks, event reports, consumer segmentations, market trends, etc.
·  Making recommendations and comments on the reports to be delivered
·  Producing analytical reports on strategic topics related to the fashion and sport markets for internal use, to support the development of our offer
·  Proactively suggest relevant analysis to to nurture Communication & Marketing content (blogs and articles)
·  Participating in the Heuritech product development process, feeding the product roadmap with strategic thinking about data and key metrics

Preferred Experience

·  End of studies 6-month internship
·  Strong interest in Fashion. Prior exposure to the fashion industry, either via internships or courses
·  Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
·  Be data driven and at ease with numbers, ability to use metrics to draw insights
·  Autonomy and proactivity
·  Attention to detail & organizational skills
·  Fluent in English
·  Team spirit, ability to work with different teams
