Job Description

As a member of the client oriented machine learning team, you will manage the project and delivery of the deep learning models.
Your work will include:

·  understand the clients quality specifications and translate them in a deep learning problem
·  exchange with our hardware team on the quality of the acquired data
·  coordinate closely with the data acquisition and annotation team
·  train and evaluate deep learning models using our internal tools
·  work closely with the product machine learning team to improve the tooling and define new features
·  improve models performances by working on the data (acquisition needs, labelling balancing, augmentation…)
·  run ad hoc analysis to deeply understand models performances, what are its weaknesses and how to fix them
·  work closely with the scortex quality manager to communicate the results internally and to our customers

Preferred Experience

·  Experience with machine learning in general and a good knowledge of deep learning techniques in particular
·  Knowledge of deep learning for computer vision (classification, detection, segmentation). Understanding standard computer vision techniques such as filtering, transformations, descriptors and detectors is a plus
·  Proficient knowledge on model evaluation, grid search, hyper-parameters tuning
·  Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
·  Data analysis & visualization skills
·  Proficient in python. Experience with pandas, matplotlib, scikit learn and keras/tensorflow
·  Experience with the unix environment
·  Strong ability to communicate. Client appetence is absolutely necessary.
·  Fluent English and French is required
·  Sensibility to project management and deadline
