Job Overview and Responsibilities:

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing market research information to management team for the development and implementation of business plans
• Participate in the analysis of investment opportunities that are aligned with Novecare business’s strategic goals including acquisitions, JV’s, product line purchases or innovation and product development and alliances
• With direction, implement mathematical and financial models as part of a strategic portfolio management process.
• Work cross-functionally with other groups to understand the business case for all new potential initiatives that may be pursued
• Track and provide analysis on to drive improvements and customer driven innovation
• Work cross-functionally with Markets on Marketing Projects such as Product Launch, Voice of Customer etc.

Education and Experience:

BA/BS in finance, marketing, economics or equivalent
MBA preferred

Skills:

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in marketing or business financial functions with exposure to marketing, strategic planning, and product development; chemical industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in financial analysis  
• Database management and data assimilation, SAP experience desired
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.
• Computer literate, including MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
