Job Overview and Responsibilities:

The OTC Business Solutions Process Expert is responsible for End to End work process and solution design, development and delivery, leading projects related to OTC business processes. The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of integrated solutions that meet functional and business requirements, addressing needs / issues, and enhancing capabilities.  

Key Responsibilities:

·  Serves as the key focal point and liaise with GBU functions and SBS to ensure alignment between functional business processes with IS capabilities
·  Collaborate with key functional stakeholders on projects and initiatives to improve, develop and update GBU / Functional work processes
·  Develop a network with other Solvay GBUs to collaborate and share best practices 
·  Participate in E2E value chain focused solutions initiatives, providing feedback and input, and utilizing business / functional work process knowledge and system knowledge
·  Lead solution definitions and develop / document requirements for issue resolution, as well as enhancements
·  The candidate will be responsible for building process specification, supporting in solution design, testing E2E functionality, developing and delivering relevant training, and signing off on functional capability of solutions prior to go-live
·  Collaborate with functional owners on change management (MOC) for key work process changes and enhancement
·  Support key stakeholder communication, sharing and updating on status of initiatives
·  Ensure documentation and housekeeping of key functional work processes, and utilize work process expertise in mergers, acquisitions and divestures as needed

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or MIS preferred
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
·  Proficiency working with SAP ERP

Skills:

·  Ability to develop and build relationships across the GBU and Solvay
·  Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP 
·  Strong understanding of functional work flows and key End-to-End ERP / Delivery solutions
·  Work process documentation and scenario testing
·  Project management and change management
·  Strong analytical and process oriented mindset
·  Collaborative
