Job Description

职责描述：
• Contribute to product strategy, product configuration and product definition
参与制定产品策略和产品定义

• Owner of the full product development cycle including requirement analysis, implementation, testing and release
负责全过程产品开发项目管理， 包括需求分析、实施、测试和验收等
• Owner of project budgeting, headcount, scheduling, documentation and quality control
负责产品预算、团队人员配置、计划、文档以及质量控制

• Owner of China product development communication interface with headquarter in Germany and counter parities such as DS marketing and business line R&D
负责代表中国产品研发团队与德国总部及其他合作方的沟通协调

• Provide regular internal training for R&D team and marketing with technology knowledge and technology development trend
为内部市场和产品团队提供技术和技术发展培训

• Maintaining relationships with KOLs and experts, help support key collaborations and clinical research
和专家团队保持良好合作，支持关键合作及临床科研

• Support reporting, presentation, IP filing and internal/external project application
为汇报、演示、专利申请和内外部立项提供支持
• Contribute to team development and development process improvement
参与团队建设和开发流程优化

任职要求：
• Familiar with IT project management methodology such as Agile and Scrum, etc., capable of full product life cycle management
熟悉主流IT项目管理方法，比如Agile, Scrum等，具有项目全过程管理能力

• Minimum 5 years IT application development experience, minimum 2 years working experience in cloud-based application project management, experience in medical or cloud platform related application is a plus
具有5年以上IT产品开发经验，2年以上基于云平台的产品开发项目管理经验，有医疗或云平台相关产品开发经验优先

• Proficient in project management tools and IT application prototyping tools
熟练掌握项目管理工具和IT原型开发工具

• Familiar with main cloud platforms and development tools
熟悉主流云平台环境和开发工具

• Good knowledge in medical imaging is a plus
有医学图像知识优先

• Good communication and presentation skill
有良好的沟通能力和演示技能

• Motivation and capability for self learning is highly regarded
具有强烈进取精神和自我学习能力

• Good command of English
具有良好英文能力

• Bachelor degree or above with major in computer science or information technology
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
