What are my responsibilities?

Travel expense claims vouchers from employees (with Nexus)

General expense claims vouchers from employees (with Nexus)

Travel expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)

General expense claims vouchers from employees (paper & E-copy)

Employee advance request

Reconciliation of cash

Cash management - SFS requirement

Account clearing

Posting cash vouchers in SAP

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Profess. Knowledge: Travel regulation & Signature Mandate;

China fapiao regulation

SOA requirement

IFRS

PRC GAAP/ Local Tax Regulation

Technologies: SAP FI operation

MS office

Methodologies:

Support kinds of project related operation part

Communication skills
