Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

·  Develop clear 3C electronics assembly business strategy, action plan and target customers with Siemens TIA solution at technical level ;
·  Organize related resource to support OEM/EMS/EU business based on the electronics development strategy, e.g. GMC AT, RAPC, and technical support in HQ.
·  Make clear the electronics branch competitors' transparency and trace the industry dynamics.
·  Develop and manage customer machine opportunity with clear full transparency
·  Enhance and Transfer the branch knowledge to co-worker.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·  3 Years working experience in industry control field, above 2 years engineer experience in 3C / semiconductor electronics assembly field and servo drive business field.
·  Sales and marketing skills, Presentation skill and communication skill
· 
·  optimistic, result oriented, capable of working under high pressure;
·  Good English in speaking, listening, writing and reading
·  Familiar with Siemens motion control products or solution is preferred. Experience and knowledge TIA and PLM is desired
