Job Description

Responsibility:

Be Responsible of manufacturing and assembly Process and requirement.

Support workshop on quality control related manufacturing and assembly.

Cooperate with QC team.

Responsible for the problem solving and process analysis of manufacturing in FA SO.

Interface between design and workshop, QC, manufacturing supplier.

Handle quality problem related manufacturing, heat treatment, welding, assembly process.

Identify risks and define requirements during manufacturing process after get the drawings.

Build up and standardizing quality control library of requirements, regulation of assembly in FA SO business

Mechanical Design

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree majored in mechanical manufacturing or related major.

At least 5 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing or related work experience.

Fluent English in oral and writing.

Familiar with mechanical manufacturing process.

Familiar with metal and heat treatment process and surface treatment process.

Familiar with welding standard and welding process.

Familiar with assembly process.

Familiar with din standard and iso standard.

Problem shooting ability related on manufacturing process and quality.
