TotalMaintenanceofPaintshopofAutomotiveIndustry

•Should have thethoroughknowledgeof paintshop process like CED, Pretreatment, Coating, Sealer application,UnderBodycoating etc.

•Networks andcommunication requirement of paint shop

•Electrical system, Instrumentationsystem and equipment exposure

•Preparation ofmaintenanceplanandstrategy forthepaint shop

•PLC programmingand troubleshooting

•PaintingROBOteachingandtroubleshooting

•Attendingpaint-shop equipmentBreak-Down

•Paint-shopequipment/systemmaintenanceknowledge

•Paint-shopshutdown maintenance

•Proactive measures forPaint shop Equipment and System

What you need to make real what matters

No.of years of Relevant Exp. reqd.: EngineeringDegreeElectrical and
Instrumentationwith minimum 6 yearsof experienceinmaintenance ofPaint shop

Base location Kalwa works, Need to travelat various sites, if neededthere can be short term deputation at sites. Durr, Eisenmann target companies.
