Junior Project Manager – Trainee (f/m/d)

Your challenge will be…

·  Develop and maintain a project schedule and coordinate needs with the project team
·  Review plans and specifications and participate in project cost reviews
·  Track resources and project progress
·  Set up and overlook a workforce analytics and reporting process incl. KPIs tracking and dashboard maintenance
·  Document project events that impact the schedule, scope of work, and project efficiency
·  Pursue project-specific change-order opportunities
·  Complete project-specific close-out documentation

·  Excitement about topics related to Project Management and Analytics
·  Strategic and analytical thinking
·  Agile attitude
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
·  Minimum Bachelor’s degree
·  Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to colleagues from different areas, presential and remotely
·  Proficient in written and spoken English combined with verbal communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
