Environment, Health and Safety #FutureWerner

This EHS#FutureWerner will work with EHS team in daily operations: analysis of incidents, contribution to lessons learned material, support to the business organization.

What kind of work assignments are included to this trainee?

We are looking for Werner Support with developing wellbeing promotion concept in the company. You will drive wellbeing activities: competitions, video materials, intranet communication, etc. In addition, you will collect safety incident data, analyze and create communications material out of it and developing local environmental initiatives.

What is required from Environment, Health and Safety #FutureWerner?

We are looking for a Werner who studies environmental management, safety engineering or human resources. We are searching for a Werner who is in the middle stages of their academic studies.
The work requires a lot of communication and Werner needs to have good interpersonal skills; people person – being interested in people and working with them; good team working skills; good PPT skills; good English and Finnish skills.

Werner can start the trainee period already in spring at our Espoo office. Werner can work either fulltime or part-time. We are hiring two Werners and their salary is based on the completed studies.

How to become Werner?

Send your application by 29th of January 2020. We invite selected candidates approximately one week beforehand to #FutureWerner recruiting event on the 13th of February at our Espoo office. There will be light, yet challenging activities and breakfast will also be served. Please note that the event is held in Finnish.
