Position Overview
The Engineering Support Project Engineer will be responsible for the creation of, and support of engineering drawing and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:
- Primarily creating and maintaining standards for Schematics and Wiring Diagrams as well as System Descriptions and Bill of Materials.
- Maintaining the Engineering parts database.
- Communicates effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Provide an estimated completion schedule for every project and assignment.
- Complete all projects in a timely manner.
- Participates in the continuous improvement of the department or group standards.
- Involved in the development and maintenance of process and workflow systems for Engineering and other departments (Sales, Mechanical, Programming, Purchasing, etc.).

Required Skills, Knowledge and Education:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering (or Applicable field) or equivalent combination of formal education, training and experience.
2. Ability to interpret schematics, wiring prints, point lists, and other documentation.
3. Experience in the design of electrical power control circuits.
4. Experience with CAD Software (AutoCad, Promise), Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
