> Should be an electrical graduate engineer with 3-10 years of experience in low voltage electromechanical switchgear products like MCB, RCCB, MCCB etc.

> Good knowledge of product standards like IS/IEC60898, IS/IEC60947, IS12640 etc. is necessary to evaluate the certification related requirements and options like grouping of products, creating testplan, identifying homogeneous series etc.

> Should have good knowledge about products technical requirements, product applications based on various technical parameters of product.

> Should know processes to derive product’s technical data like let through energy, peak current characteristics, back up data etc.

> Should be able to co-related product performance (test results of product) with design parameters like used components & materials.

> Planning (time & budget) and execution/monitoring of product testing at internal as well as external laboratories is required.

> Experience or contribution in product standardization will be an added advantage.

> Good interpersonal skills (oral and written) along with inter-cultural working are necessary.

> Should have good relationship building with internal as well as external partners.
