What are my responsibilities?

·  Identifying and describing data-driven use-cases in related relevant verticals
·  Creation of / Drive design thinking for Innovative digital services and applications for the Urban MAC Singapore
·  Consulting / Co-creating with potential customers, incl. defining & validating problem statements, creating user stories, analyzing & evaluating user needs and requirements, and analyzing customer value-drivers
·  Comprehensively specifying value-propositions and validating requirements for digital use-cases, mapping them to relevant Siemens technologies and IOT offerings with revenue potential, ensuring technical feasibility & commercial viability
·  Evaluating business case, developing and evaluating appropriate business & contractual models, calculating the benefit value and pricing-base of SW applications / digital solutions
·  Managing "end-to-end" innovation of compelling digital use-cases for industrial & urban infrastructure (software applications and/or digitally enabled services) as well as individual phases from the identification of value creation potential to requirements analysis with the customer, through rapid prototyping development by agile teams of data scientists and software developers, to operative implementation of a minimum marketable product
·  Preparing proposals to external & internal customers for service offerings and to respond to RFIs and RFPs

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·  Master’s degree or Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science or Management
·  4+ years of professional experience in B2B or B2G environment of the industrial or infrastructure sector covering functions such as management consulting, corporate venturing, business development, solution sales, product or innovation management
·  Relevant experience in project management. Appropriate certification (e.g. PMI, SCRUM) is desirable
·  Strong business analysis skills and experience, such as development of business strategies, functional decomposition of value drivers, requirements capture, and process modeling is a must
·  Awareness of cloud computing and edge computing technologies, big data analytics, as well as IT / Data/ Software architecture frameworks is a plus
·  Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
·  Ability to think analytically and rapidly learn complex topics, especially in the field of fuzzily or none-defined problems
·  Ability to present complex technical and operational information comprehensible to an expert and non-expert audience as well as on senior management level
·  Comfortable working at top-management level, sound experience in C-level sales
·  Working experience abroardis preferable
·  Excellent English verbal and written skills
·  Self-motivated and proactive, with strong entrepreneurial spirit can demonstrate initiative, assertiveness and a result-oriented approach
